About

I specialize in working with adults trying to cope with the outcome ​of a difficult or abusive childhood. Therapy progresses through ​stages at a pace that is tailored to each person’s individual needs. ​The focus is on helping clients find a way out of the depression, ​anxiety, and fear toward a place of safety and greater peace of ​mind. In addition to this specialty, I provide counseling for adults ​with general mental health concerns.

I’m a faculty instructor with the Center for Advanced Studies in ​Trauma and Dissociation, a comprehensive postgraduate training ​program for therapists.

I also hold advanced certification in treating complex trauma and ​dissociative disorders from the International Society for the Study ​of Trauma and Dissociation.
